Operational Risk Management Analyst

Job Overview:
To assist the Group Head of Operational Risk Management with embedding a best-in-class operational risk management culture within DIL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Group Head, Operational Risk Management to ensure losses fall within the Group's risk appetite; assist with identification of key risks and mitigating controls; ensure proper implementation of operational risk management framework; monitor risk exposure and operational efficiency; conduct on-site assessments; report threats to Business Continuity; assist with preparing periodic reports to EXCO and the Board.

Required Qualifications:
HND/bachelor’s degree in a Business-related Course, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; Masters’ degree in a relevant field of study (Certified Risk Professional or Master Risk Management would be an advantage).

Educational Background:
HND/bachelor’s degree in a Business-related Course, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; Masters’ degree in a relevant field of study (Certified Risk Professional or Master Risk Management would be an advantage).

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, preferably within the manufacturing or financial services sectors.

Languages:
Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
