Duties and Responsibilities: As an Insurance Financial Advisor in our Sales division, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting life, general, and investment insurance products, and fostering long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial assessments, guiding clients on retirement and financial planning, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You will also stay informed about market trends to ensure comprehensive advice and achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications: Experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, Strong understanding of Finance, Insurance, and Investments, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships, Analytical skills and the ability to create customized financial strategies for diverse client needs, Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset, Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work settings.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Professional certifications in financial advising or insurance (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a strong advantage.
