Job Overview: PGE Travels and Education Consulting Limited is seeking a strategic powerhouse to serve as our Business Development Manager. This is a high-level leadership role designed for an industry expert who can bridge the gap between International Education (Study Abroad) and Premium Travel & Tours.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement weekly 'Action Plans' for the Admission and Visa departments, present a mandatory Monday Morning Strategy Brief to the COO, supervise and optimize the output of the Business Development Executives, audit the Customer Service and Admin teams, and continuously analyze the Nigerian 'Japa' market.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of senior-level experience in a reputable Travel and Education agency, proven strategist with experience managing Visa and Admission teams, deep knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre), university portals, and global visa regulations.
Educational Background: B.Sc in Public Administration, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications (IATA, ICEF, or NIM) are a significant advantage.
Experience: 5+ years of senior-level experience in a reputable Travel and Education agency.
Languages: English
