Job Overview: This role focuses on driving awareness and bookings for English proficiency exams through consistent on-ground marketing activities. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting campuses, meeting agents, speaking with students, and representing the brand in real-life settings. The goal is simple. Get more people to understand the tests and choose it for their study abroad journey.
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute campus activations in universities, polytechnics, and training centers. Visit study abroad agencies and education consultants to introduce and promote. Build and maintain relationships with agents to drive referrals and bookings. Organize small group sessions, info meetings, and awareness campaigns. Distribute flyers, posters, and other materials in high traffic student areas. Represent the brand at events, fairs, and outreach programs. Engage directly with students by answering questions and explaining options clearly. Generate leads daily and follow up to convert interest into actual bookings. Track conversations, leads, and outcomes from field activities. Gather feedback from students and partners and share insights with the team.
Required Qualifications: 1 to 3 years experience in marketing, sales, or any field based role. Comfortable working outdoors and moving around frequently. Strong communication skills with the ability to start and hold conversations easily. Confident speaking to students, agents, and institutional partners. Self driven and able to work independently without constant supervision. Willing to meet targets and take ownership of results. Experience in study abroad, test prep, or education services is an advantage.
