Job Description
Job Overview:
BridgeHedge Limited is recruiting on behalf of a licensed pharmaceutical company based in Ikeja, Lagos. We are looking for someone who is both a knowledgeable pharmacy professional and a confident, target-driven salesperson.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Dispensing medications accurately and counselling customers on proper use; Managing stock, maintaining inventory, and keeping the pharmacy running smoothly; Driving OTC retail sales across the counter every day; Prospecting, pitching, and closing B2B deals with clinics, hospitals, schools, and corporate clients; Building and managing a client pipeline, following up, nurturing, and converting; Delivering excellent customer service that keeps people coming back; Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, retail and institutional.

Required Qualifications:
Practical knowledge of medications, drug classes, dosages, contraindications, and interactions; Verified sales experience — understanding the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, pitch, objection handling, closure; B2B sales experience — able to identify and convert institutional buyers; Strong customer service skills — warm, professional, and solutions-focused; Excellent time management — structured day and deliver without being chased; Must reside in Ikeja or its immediate environs.

Educational Background:
B.Sc., HND, or OND in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science discipline, this is strictly required.

Experience:
2 – 3 years working in a licensed pharmacy or pharmaceutical retail environment.

English

Additional Notes:
Sales experience is compulsory, not a bonus. Candidates who can dispense but cannot sell will not be shortlisted. Both skill sets must be clearly demonstrated in your application.
