Job Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Barista who understands that great coffee is a blend of precision, consistency, and customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages with accuracy; Steam milk to the right texture and temperature; Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed; Take and confirm customer orders clearly; Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready at all times; Maintain and clean coffee equipment properly; Monitor ingredients and reduce waste.
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and consistency; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure; A neat, professional, and positive presence.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)
Experience:
Prior barista or café experience (preferred, not mandatory for strong learners)
