Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Direct Sales Agent to drive property sales and client acquisition through direct engagement and field sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through direct sales channels, including field marketing, referrals, and prospecting. Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into active clients and closed sales. Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings. Actively promote property listings and investment opportunities to prospective buyers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction. Stay informed on property offerings, pricing, and market trends.

Required Qualifications:
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. Proven ability to meet targets and close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, confident, and able to work independently. Willingness to engage in field sales and client prospecting activities. Basic knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage. Must reside in Lagos.

Educational Background:
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.

Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Remuneration: ₦150,000 Monthly + Commissions
