Job Description
Job Overview:
A4&T Power Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Remedial Officer to track, recover, and resolve issues related to company assets, particularly solar home systems and accessories deployed to customers, agents, warehouses, and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and recover company assets (solar home systems, panels, and accessories) from customers and agents where issues arise. Manage remediation of assets affected by non-payment, misuse, damage, or contract default. Coordinate repossession and retrieval of assets in line with company policies. Monitor deployed assets to ensure proper usage and compliance with agreements. Identify idle, lost, damaged, or misallocated assets and initiate corrective actions. Conduct routine asset audits and physical verification across warehouses and field locations. Follow up on customers and agents in payment default under PAYGO, lease, and credit arrangements. Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve delinquency issues. Recommend strategies to reduce asset loss and financial risk. Liaise with warehouse teams on asset movement, returns, repairs, and replacements. Ensure proper documentation of asset returns and transfers. Support reconciliation of warehouse stock against deployed and recovered assets. Conduct field visits for verification, recovery, and customer engagement. Work with technicians on inspection, repairs, and redeployment of recovered systems. Engage customers professionally and ethically during recovery processes. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in asset deployment and recovery. Support training and awareness initiatives for agents on proper asset handling.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in asset management, field operations, or collections role (preferably in solar/energy). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in field environments.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:
1–3 years’ experience in asset management, field operations, or collections role (preferably in solar/energy).
