Job Description
Job Overview:
CW Real Estate is looking for a digitally savvy and detail-oriented Listing Web Specialist to manage our online property listings, website content, and digital lead generation. This role ensures our platforms reflect accurate, real-time property availability while driving engagement and conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Listings Management & Database Optimization: Audit all active property listings regularly, remove properties that are sold, leased, expired, unavailable, or outdated, maintain a clean, accurate, real-time listings database, ensure only verified and available properties are displayed on the website. Website Content Management: Update and optimize website content regularly, write or coordinate property descriptions, headlines, and marketing copy, ensure listings include high-quality images, correct pricing, and accurate details, align website content with marketing campaigns and promotions. AI Tools & Performance Monitoring: Use AI tools and analytics platforms to track listing performance, identify underperforming listings and recommend improvements or removal, monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, provide performance reports with actionable insights. Online Property Scouting & Lead Generation: Source new property opportunities across platforms, social media, and forums, identify properties aligned with company portfolio and positioning, generate and pass qualified leads to agents, maintain a pipeline of scouted properties with key details and status.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or related field, 2–4 years experience in digital content, listings management, or similar role, experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or AI tools), knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization, familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.

Experience:
2–4 years experience in digital content, listings management, or similar role
