Duties and Responsibilities: Work on and process all the Common Technical Documents (CTD) on behalf of the company. Liaising and interfacing with external bodies and agencies on healthcare and medicinal matters. Registration of premises with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). Registration of products with the National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC). Facilitating contract manufacturing of products. Facilitating businesses within the Pharmaceutical Industry in Nigeria. Co-ordination of tenders for healthcare supplies. Co-ordination of clinical presentations and meetings with Private Sector clinics, Federal and State government Health institutions. Co-ordination of imports of finished formulations and APIs. Liaising with bodies such as the Pharmaceutical Group of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (PMGMAN), National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Federal and State Ministries of Health, Customs and Excise Authorities. Interface with multilateral and Development Agencies such as World Health Organization (WHO), West African Health Organization (WAHO), United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), International Finance Corporation (IFC) & Centre for Development Enterprise (CDE) on Healthcare and Medicinal matters. Other duties as assigned by Management & the Board.
Required Qualifications: Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications. The candidate must have good experience in large volume parenterals (LVP).
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Experience: Prior experience as a Superintendent Pharmacist LVP manufacturing company is an advantage.
Additional Notes: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulatory compliance within the industry. Effective leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency. Experience in quality assurance, documentation management, and preparation for audits. Ability to manage inventory, ensure proper storage of products, and oversee supply chain processes. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaborative skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
