Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain excellent food and beverage standards, manage staff, monitor performance, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, implement policies, and maintain a high standard of quality and service.
Required Qualifications:
Strong skills in Customer Service, proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction, experience in hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Food & Beverage management, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, professional demeanor with a commitment to high levels of hospitality.
Educational Background:
A degree or relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
Previous experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry is preferred.
Languages:
English
