Laundry Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage staff performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and packaging. Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support. Maintain quality control standards and handle reworks where necessary. Coordinate with the front desk to manage order flow and customer expectations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment. Manage inventory of detergents and other supplies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field. 2–4 years experience in a supervisory role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills.
