Job Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech Company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of high-value, cross-border payments. They are looking for a Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, focusing on HNIs and businesses with significant cross-border payment needs. Develop lead generation strategies and acquire new business by articulating the platform’s value. Relationship & Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building relationships to ensure long-term client loyalty. Collaborate with Treasury and Operations teams for seamless transaction execution. Revenue Growth & Strategy: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, track performance through sales metrics, and contribute to global growth strategy.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management (Fintech/Banking/FX/Payments preferred). Proven track record and existing network of HNIs or corporate clients. Deep understanding of financial products, FX, and cross-border payment regulations and mechanics. Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work a hybrid schedule and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business development or relationship management, specifically within fintech, banking, FX, or payments.
Additional Notes: The opportunity to build and manage your own book of business with significant autonomy. Work Flexibility: (Hybrid - office or client visits 2-3 times a week). A collaborative environment where you can mentor others and contribute directly to the company's expansion strategy.
