Job Description
Job Overview:
The Plant Manager will oversee all production, human resources, logistics, and financial issues in the plant, ensuring high performance standards and strategic leadership for plant operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include budgeting and planning, plant management cycle oversight, finance and cost reduction, product quality and customer satisfaction, human resources management and development, stakeholder/community relations, and general management of plant activities.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline; Professional degree/qualification such as MBA is required.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management level.
Languages:
Proficiency in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
Additional Notes:
Strong understanding of technical problems, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills are essential.
