Job Overview: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Representative Office in order to facilitate effective and smooth operations whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service to the Chief Representative Officer, manage time and diary services, arrange meetings, draft agendas and minutes, provide personal assistance, screen communications, prepare documentation, coordinate logistics for delegations, assist in public relations activities, manage office workflow processes, oversee HR functions, maintain employee records, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance visibility through social media, and develop engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Experience: 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Administration function.
