Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain excellent food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, implementing policies, and maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
Required Qualifications:
Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Experience in Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and guest interactions. Proficiency in Food & Beverage management, including understanding best practices and quality control. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle a busy restaurant environment. A professional and approachable demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high levels of hospitality.
Educational Background:
A degree or relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
Previous experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry is preferred.
