Job Overview: The Human Capital & Talent Lead is responsible for delivering end-to-end human capital advisory and talent acquisition services to both internal stakeholders and external clients across Procept Africa’s operating markets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver human capital advisory services, manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, liaise with clients for business development, ensure delivery excellence, support internal HR functions, and contribute to knowledge development and practice building.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/HR) is advantageous; Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI preferred.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/HR) is advantageous.
Experience: 6 – 8 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, HR consulting or advisory, professional services or consulting environment; experience across multiple industries preferred.
Additional Notes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high level of professionalism and integrity; results-oriented and commercially driven.
