Laundry (M/F)

Duties and Responsibilities:
As Laundry (M/F), you will be in charge of Dry Cleaning, Laundry Shop areas. You will be required to maintain the same high degree of service and efficiency in the absence of the Laundry Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring timely arrival at work, maintaining knowledge of hotel products, preparing reports, practicing correct chemical handling and fabric care procedures, responding to guest problems, conducting quality control inspections, and maintaining a motivational working environment.

Required Qualifications:
At least vocational diploma in any field. At least 1 year as Laundry Supervisor or fast track from Laundry through cross training of at least 3 months. Completion of Essential Skills. Capable of supervising and good in leadership skills. Good inter-personality. Proficiency in English both oral and written.

Educational Background:
Vocational diploma in any field.

Experience:
At least 1 year as Laundry Supervisor or fast track from Laundry through cross training of at least 3 months.

Languages:
Proficiency in English both oral and written.
