Senior Accountant / Financial Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-orientated senior accountant / financial manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures. Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Provide strategic financial advice to management for decision-making. Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is required or strongly preferred. Minimum of 5–6 years proven experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Background:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5–6 years proven experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
