Gaming Operations Team Member
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring focused and reliable individuals to join our global gaming operations team. Successful candidates must be disciplined, responsive, and consistent to ensure Client satisfaction and Be Ready to learn and improve daily.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate efficiently with account managers to optimise workflows and improve productivity. Maintain strict confidentiality of players’ game data and personal information. Never use unauthorised tools to manipulate player data; ensure data security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security at all times. Follow standardised procedures to complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Contribute to team efforts in designing efficient gameplay strategies and sharing best practices. Assist the team in verifying player information and resolving basic game-related issues. Collect resources in the game and endure performing highly repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Required Qualifications:
Passion for gaming (experience in mobile/PC games preferred). Enthusiasm for innovation and technology. Willingness to learn and take initiative in team responsibilities. Proactive attitude with the ability to handle tasks beyond assigned duties. Basic English proficiency (school-level is acceptable). Able to tolerate prolonged use of tablets or playing mobile games.

High School (S.S.C.E)

No Experience/Less than 1 year
