Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our hotel departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and guarantee guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and improved guest experience. Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments. Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality. Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of goods and services. Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make quick, effective decisions. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Close attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality service. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
