Job Description
Job Overview:
The Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, enrollee acquisition, and brand visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies, secure new health insurance accounts, manage brand visibility, oversee digital marketing initiatives, collaborate on product development, implement client retention strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Health, or a related field. MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably within HMO, healthcare, insurance, or financial services sectors.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
Strong understanding of the Nigerian health insurance landscape and NHIA guidelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
