Job Description
Job Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, handling office correspondence, and assisting with employee relations and application procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain filing systems, type office correspondence, distribute mail, order and track HR supplies, answer phone calls, assist walk-in candidates, maintain application space, respond to employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality of records, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, no specific license or certification required.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience.
