Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Arbitrate customer disputes, investigate trading activity, create a customer service culture, use analytics for product improvements, act as the Voice of the Customer, provide feedback and coaching, conduct customer surveys, and share learning from complaints.

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of customer-facing experience, strong IT skills, exceptional written communication, multitasking ability, knowledge of blockchain and crypto is a plus, fluency in English, willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and night shifts.

Experience:
1+ years of proven customer service experience or similar role.

Languages:
Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
