Job Overview: This role exists to execute and operationally manage learning and development initiatives, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure their quality and promote a continuous development culture.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the execution of L&D strategies aligned with business and employee needs, assist in implementing learning processes, coordinate training events, maintain records of learning programs, engage employees and managers, collect and analyze participant feedback, and monitor defined L&D KPIs.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in L&D Specialist, L&D Project Manager, or Event Manager roles, proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives, understanding of adult learning principles, experience in developing training programs, familiarity with learning management systems, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in relevant roles with a focus on learning and development.
Languages: English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Notes: Experience in building and implementing L&D practices for remote teams is a plus.
