Job Description
Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving Evernex’s growth across the Nigerian market, responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for key accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Nigeria. Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders. Define and execute account growth and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue. Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and key account metrics. Promote Evernex solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and expand existing accounts. Analyze market trends, customer usage, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the Nigerian market. Solid experience in selling IT hardware services (servers, storage, and networking solutions). Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Energetic, assertive, and confident, with a strong professional presence. Ability to build, cultivate, and sustain long-term customer relationships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
