Job Description
Job Overview:
SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, partnering with tech companies and industry leaders to deliver secure customer and technical support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and phone calls; Troubleshoot complex technical issues; Provide technical support with networking, cloud products; Escalate incidents clearly, including impact, timeline, and reproduction steps; Ensure smooth troubleshooting for customer events, while working closely with internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written); At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role; Experience as Cloud Support Engineer; Outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline; AWS certificate.

Experience:
At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role; Experience as Cloud Support Engineer.

Languages:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
