Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a track record of excellence in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and official documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO. Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure the CEO’s office is well-organized, clean, and adequately stocked with supplies and toiletries. Supervise the office cleaner and ensure proper upkeep of the CEO’s office space. Maintain filing systems and office documentation. Manage logistics such as airport pickups and drop-offs when required. Monitor and ensure regular supply of groceries and other essentials. Assist in planning and executing corporate and personal events. Accompany the CEO on local and international trips when necessary. Handle personal errands in a timely and professional manner. Maintain strict confidentiality and conduct all tasks with discretion and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Discretion, professionalism, and good interpersonal skills.

Additional Notes:
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 net monthly (inclusive of quarterly palliative, gratuity, and access to interest-free loans). Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) with required flexibility due to the uniqueness of the role.
