Duties and Responsibilities: Own the health and retention of a defined portfolio of customers, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, develop customer health strategies, maintain records in HubSpot, ensure timely activation of hires, identify operational blockers, educate customers on platform capabilities, cultivate customer advocates, act as a trusted advisor on global employment, provide structured feedback to internal teams, and support process optimization projects.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success roles, ideally in a SaaS platform business; experience in global HR, Payroll or Global Mobility.
Additional Notes: Clear communication, time management, collaboration, independence, empathy, and motivation are essential skills for this role.
