Project Officer- Cash and Asset Transfer (CAT)
Job Description
Job Overview:
The Project Officer- Cash and Asset Transfer (CAT) will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of CAT and ICT4D-related activities in support of CRS’ work serving the poor and vulnerable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Rose devices and monitor databases, provide field-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, maintain inventory of ICT4D equipment, coordinate with suppliers, support capacity building initiatives, prepare reports and metrics, and create training materials.
Required Qualifications:
Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent, Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft SharePoint Foundations or equivalent and ITIL Foundation. Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and results-oriented.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in community engagement in NE Nigeria and building ICT4D capacity with professional staff.
Languages:
English

Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%.
