Required Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales engineering or technical sales; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Strong knowledge of engineering products and systems within the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors; Solid understanding of industrial processes; Strong capacity to recommend cost-effective and technically sound solutions; Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and lifecycle performance of industrial equipment; Strong negotiation and commercial awareness; Excellent client relationship management skills; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
