Duties and Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment processes for tutors and administrative staff, assist with onboarding and orientation processes, maintain accurate employee records, support attendance tracking and HR administrative processes, assist with employee engagement initiatives, coordinate staff training and performance reviews, respond to employee inquiries, support compliance and employee relations processes, prepare HR reports and operational updates, ensure compliance with company policies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support HR systems improvement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Professional HR certifications required, such as CIPD (UK), SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including working in blue-chip or multinational companies, experience in EdTech or digital-first environments, and managing remote teams across multiple time zones.

Additional Notes: This is a remote position. Base salary starting from gross monthly of N200,000, 14 days annual leave, remote and flexible working structure, opportunities for career advancement and professional development, and an inclusive team culture.
