Project Officer- Cash and Asset Transfer (CAT)
Job Description
Job Overview:
The Project Officer- Cash and Asset Transfer (CAT) will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of CAT and ICT4D-related activities in support of Catholic Relief Services’ work serving the poor and vulnerable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Rose devices and monitor databases, provide field-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, maintain inventory of ICT4D equipment, prepare reports and budgets, support capacity building initiatives, and create training materials.
Required Qualifications:
Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent, Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft SharePoint Foundations or equivalent and ITIL Foundation. Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and results-oriented.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming, and Information Systems) highly preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required, of which at least 3 years must be in a position with similar responsibilities.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%. No supervisory responsibilities.
