Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire video production process, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring all stages of production are executed efficiently. Write and develop video scripts that align with the overall content strategy. Take charge of all aspects of video recording, from setting up cameras and lighting to ensuring high-quality sound and visuals. Capture high-quality video footage using professional gears including mobile phones, ensuring professional results with accessible, cost-effective equipment. Edit and produce videos optimized for YouTube and social media, ensuring alignment with brand standards. This includes long-form YouTube videos and shorter snippets, such as Instagram Reels and LinkedIn posts. Plan and manage video shoots and editing schedules to meet content delivery deadlines. Monitor and analyse video performance, using insights to improve engagement and guide future content creation. Research emerging trends, content concepts, and audience insights to inform creative direction and engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years’ experience in video production, with hands-on experience in both shooting and editing for digital platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video work, including content for YouTube, Instagram, or similar platforms. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and comfortable with production tools (e.g., cameras, mobile phones, lighting, audio equipment, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and project updates.
