We are seeking two (2) dynamic Football writers to join our digital editorial team. This is not just about watching matches; it is about shaping the narrative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, engaging articles ranging from match previews and tactical analyses to breaking news and player features. Focus on African football and major international leagues (EPL, La Liga, UCL). Learn and apply SEO best practices. Source and embed multimedia content. Fact-check and proofread all content. Monitor sports trends and social media for story angles.
Required Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of football, excellent command of written English, ability to write for the web, functional laptop, reliable internet connection, discipline to meet deadlines, familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is a distinct advantage.
