Job Overview: Shengya Machinery Company is looking for a sales-driven Social Media Executive whose primary responsibility is to generate leads and close sales through social media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate leads daily through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp; Actively engage prospects via DMs, comments, and inquiries; Follow up consistently and close sales online; Create simple but effective content that attracts buyers (videos, product demos, client proof); Run targeted ads to bring in serious buyers; Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track conversations; Provide accurate product information and quotations to clients; Work closely with management to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications: Proven ability to sell and close deals online; Experience handling customer conversations and negotiations; Basic content creation skills (phone video, captions, simple graphics); Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook; Strong communication and persuasion skills; Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Additional Notes: Salary: 150,000 (Basic)+commission, Meal Allowance and Accommodation Allowance. Interview is on-site.
