Job Overview:
Jolly B Chambers, operating under the name Omololu Bagbe & Co., is a distinguished full-service law firm based in Okitipupa, Ondo State, Nigeria, with over 20 years of experience in legal practice and over a decade of excellence in service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research. Collaborating with clients to deliver effective solutions in areas like corporate law, litigation, real estate, family law, and notarial services.
Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Property Law, and/or Family and Matrimonial Law. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills. Proficiency in legal research, case preparation, and strategy development. Ability to conduct court representations confidently and effectively. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Educational Background:
A Law Degree (LL.B) from an accredited institution and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria.
Experience:
Proficiency in Nigerian legal systems and regulations.
