Duties and Responsibilities: Drive overall sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets; Develop and execute sales strategies for property and land offerings; Monitor pipeline, conversions, and deal closures across all sales channels; Identify and pursue high-value clients, partnerships, and bulk buyers; Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the sales team; Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members; Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching where needed; Identify new markets, client segments, and revenue opportunities; Build strategic relationships with investors, corporate clients, and agents; Prepare and present sales reports to management; Track individual and team performance against KPIs.
Required Qualifications: Strong networking and relationship-building skills; Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
