Job Overview:
Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Doctor / Consultant to provide clinical expertise, medical advisory support, and occupational health guidance within a corporate financial services environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations; Offer clinical advisory services; Support health strategies and medical policies; Review medical cases and health documentation; Collaborate to promote employee health and safety; Provide clinical oversight; Ensure compliance with medical ethics and regulations; Contribute to occupational health initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB); MBA or MA in Health Management or related field; 5–10 years of post-qualification clinical experience; Proven experience as a Medical Consultant or Medical Doctor; Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Ability to operate in clinical and corporate environments.
Educational Background:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) and additional qualification in management or related fields.
Experience:
5–10 years of post-qualification clinical experience; Experience in corporate or organizational settings is preferred.
