Job Overview: As part of its expansion in Nigeria, GVA is looking for Management Controller. The CFO will have a major role in the strategic and operational management of the company's activities in finance, supply chain, human resources and procurement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Management of teams and service providers: accounting, treasury, controlling, human resources, logistics etc. Implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Accounting, controlling and reporting: guarantee the reliability of the company's accounts, supervising the consolidation of financial data, drawing up cost accounting and company performance indicators and the company's budget and plan. Treasury, credit, debt collection and relations with the banks. Manage financial reporting to the shareholder, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards. Monitor and analyze the performance of the company in the area (sales, operations etc.) and identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, tax authorities, and banks. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management and social relations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with the HQ to optimize procurement and logistics operations.
Required Qualifications: Confirmed profile in finance and management control with solid team management experience. Fluent English required. Geographic mobility and strong interest in Africa.
Educational Background: Higher education degree such as a Business School (ESC) with a specialization in Finance/Management
Experience: 8 to 15 years of essential experience in the Telecom sector and/or consumer goods
Languages: Fluent English required
