Job Overview:
Level Agency’s Summer 2026 Internship Program is for high-potential early-career talent ready to do real work, own meaningful projects, and learn inside a high-performance agency environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to real team priorities and deliverables, own at least one meaningful project during the internship, meet regularly with your mentor for feedback, coaching, and accountability, track time weekly and stay responsive, organized, and reliable, build toward full-time readiness through ownership, quality, communication, and learning agility.
Required Qualifications:
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada, availability for a part-time or full-time Summer 2026 internship (20-40 hours/week for 12 weeks), ability to work remotely with consistent responsiveness, clear interest in one internship track, strong organization, communication, and follow-through, coachability and the ability to improve quickly based on feedback, comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

Experience:
Prior internship, academic, freelance, volunteer, military, or project-based experience related to your chosen track is preferred.

This internship is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada only. It is fully remote, 20-40 hours per week. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
