Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI automation for lead generation, cold outreach, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Leverage AI automation tools to generate high-quality leads efficiently. Conduct cold outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and generate business opportunities. Utilize LinkedIn for targeted outreach and relationship building with potential clients. Identify and qualify potential leads in the USA market, with a focus on healthcare industry prospects if possible. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation processes. Track and report on outreach performance metrics and continuously improve approaches. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles with a focus on AI automation in lead generation. Strong skills in cold outreach and LinkedIn outreach techniques. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms used for lead generation and outreach automation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles with a focus on AI automation in lead generation.

Additional Notes:
