Job Overview:
We are a premium hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a safe, and welcoming environment. We seek a Chief security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Officer to lead and elevate our security operations across our hotel facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel security strategy tailored to our hospitality operations. Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and patrols across all facilities. Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, VIPs, and hotel property. Lead emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation, security threats). Conduct routine risk assessments of hotel facilities, events, and guest activities. Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to maintain professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure security measures align with guest satisfaction goals. Investigate incidents, complaints, and breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and private security partners. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Criminology, or related field. Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in security operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality environments. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and service excellence. Knowledge of modern security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems). Professional certifications (e.g., CPP) are an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Criminology, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in security operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality environments. At least 3 years in a leadership role.
