Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Define, implement and execute programming of programmable logic controllers (PLC), industrial vision systems, robots, and other equipment. Manage the automation scope of industrialization projects: identify technical solutions and materials, prepare cost estimates, define specifications, ensure implementation and validation follow-up. Lead multidisciplinary project teams in automation: internal and external resources. Ensure complete responsibility for industrialization projects where automation and/or industrial computing are core. Guarantee project delivery according to QCD (Quality, Cost, Deadline) objectives and operational milestones. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: process optimization, standardization, performance monitoring. Participate in technological monitoring and validation of new automation technologies to support R&D and production evolution.
Required Qualifications:
Solid experience in industrial automation and industrial vision systems. Skills in robotics and industrial computing (PLC, SCADA, MES) are a plus. Knowledge in micromechanics, measurement systems, and statistical tools appreciated. Mastery of office tools; knowledge of automotive quality standards and ERP systems is an asset. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Results-oriented mindset, customer focus, creativity, and ability to collaborate. Enjoyment of fieldwork and operational experience.
Educational Background:
Degree in Automation, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Experience:
Solid experience in industrial automation and industrial vision systems.
Languages:
Fluency in French; English is a plus.
