Job Overview: FHI 360 UK-Nigeria is expanding activities to support the IDP crisis in Borno state through integrated WASH, Health, Nutrition and Protection interventions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead community outreach activities, mid upper arm circumference screening, provision of OTP services, conduct defaulter tracing, oversee timely identification of complications, develop CMAM workplan, support M & E unit during assessments, ensure appropriate documentation of services, manage SAM children with complications, carry out daily ward-rounds, take inventory of nutrition supplies, oversee preparation of therapeutic milk and food, provide health and education messages, compile statistical data and draft reports.
Required Qualifications: Ability and willingness to stay at the LGA, flexibility in difficult working conditions, excellent communication skills, previous clinical experience is an asset, ability to prepare reports.
Experience: 1-3 years experience for B.Sc holders, 1 year experience for MBBS holders, experience with humanitarian organizations is desirable.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written Local and English languages.
