Job Overview: Candy Co is Nigeria’s leading retailer and wholesaler of American confectionery, bringing the most sought-after US candy brands directly to consumers nationwide. We are expanding aggressively into new channels and markets.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for opening new accounts across cinemas, hotels, supermarkets, and corporate channels, while managing existing partnerships including Silverbird and Filmhouse Cinemas.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management. Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating revenue. Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, confectionery, or a related industry preferred. Existing relationships in cinema, hospitality, supermarket, or corporate sectors is a strong advantage.

Additional Notes: Lagos-based with an active network in the city. Strong negotiator, self-starter, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in basic reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
