Job Overview:
Hostaway is an industry leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform designed for professional short-term rental operators. We are looking for a Design System Owner to lead the development of our design system and enhance our workflows with AI integration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and development of our design system, forge collaboration between design and engineering, document and maintain a library of components, drive adoption across the organization, contribute to product features, and innovate with AI integration.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years in product design, strong portfolio in design systems and product design, passion for AI in design, technical understanding of front-end technologies, visionary leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
Additional Notes:
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based within EMEA.
