Job Overview: A company in the travel and tourism industry based in Lagos is looking for a Client Relations & Operations Coordinator to join its team. Duties and Responsibilities: Client Relations: Serving as the first point of contact for client enquiries — via phone, email, and WhatsApp; Following up with clients on bookings, documentation requirements, and travel updates; Sending reminder communications and post-travel follow-ups; Managing client records and ensuring information is accurately captured; Escalating complex client matters to the relevant consultant promptly. Operations & Administration: General office administration and correspondence management; Document preparation, filing, and records management; Supporting the team with scheduling, coordination, and logistics; Data entry and maintenance of client and booking records in Excel and Google Sheets; Assisting with supplier and vendor correspondence where required; Submitting structured daily activity reports.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or operations role; Excellent written and verbal communication: professional, warm, and clear; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace — particularly Excel and Google Sheets; Close attention to detail in documentation and correspondence; Proactive and self-driven: follows through without needing constant reminders; A positive, professional disposition in all client interactions.
