Job Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Lagos. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BuffaloCrete’s products, drive sales growth, and build strong client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include market research, identifying sales opportunities, preparing marketing campaigns, overseeing promotional activities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors. The role also involves managing client communications and collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications: Sales and customer relationship management skills to build strong client partnerships and meet sales targets. Marketing, branding, and promotional campaign development skills to drive product awareness and engagement. Market research and data analysis skills for identifying trends, opportunities, and effective strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and team collaboration. Leadership and problem-solving capabilities to manage teams and address challenges effectively. Proficiency in using marketing software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Notes: Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
