Job Description
Job Overview:
Mclatek is an oilfield services company supporting upstream and midstream operations in Nigeria. We provide specialized services to operators and are actively expanding our footprint across key clients including IOCs and indigenous operators.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across upstream oil & gas clients. Leverage existing relationships to unlock immediate deal flow. Drive end-to-end business development: lead generation engagement proposal close. Monitor and track opportunities via NipeX and other tender platforms. Position company services with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop strategic partnerships with operators, EPCs, and service companies. Prepare and coordinate bids, proposals, and commercial submissions. Maintain strong pipeline visibility and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business development within oil & gas services. Proven track record of winning or contributing to contracts. Strong existing network across IOCs / NOCs. Industry regulators or procurement ecosystem. Hands-on experience with NipeX and tendering processes. Deep understanding of upstream service landscape. Strong negotiation and closing ability.
